While working with Árni Gunnarsson at Skotta Film, I enjoyed the open-minded and collaborative atmosphere that allowed for sharing many new ideas. The team was constantly exploring and experimenting, making it an ideal environment for trying out fresh concepts. During my time at Skotta Film, we ventured into producing 360 VR videos (Matís, HOI & more) expos, which was an exciting experience. The work was diverse and covered a wide range of projects, including editing and filming documentary films, corporate videos, commercials, and educational content.

Skotta film

A time tunnel to 1918

Visitors watch the videos with virtual reality glasses and learn in a vivid way about transport, trade and commerce, about agriculture and seafaring, but also about the turf farm - which were both homes and workplaces of people in 1918. The videos also explain terms that have their roots in Icelandic the ways of working of our ancestors. The show is designed for children of all ages.

Puffin and Friends

An exhibition in Sauðárkrókur invited you for a 360° immersion among puffins. Other attractions take you under the northern lights, across seals and polar bears, with a focus on ecological awareness, because this is what truly matters at the end!
